The National Trust for the Cayman Islands, teamed up with HSBC Bank (Cayman) Limited., and held its first Golf Tournament on Friday, 9 July at The North Sound Club Golf Course. The event was extremely successful raising $26,000 for the National Trust through sponsorship from HSBC, teams, hole sponsorship and a putting contest.
20 teams of four paid played 18 holes in the half-day tournament in which contestants had the chance to win a Mercedes-Benz. SteppingStones were delighted to be a hole sponsor of the event.
“We are extremely grateful to everyone who participated in the tournament, our hole sponsors, our prize donors, the North Sound Club, Welly’s Cool spot for providing the buffet dinner and the glassblowing studio for the wonderful team prizes,” said Frank Balderamos, General Manager of the National Trust for the Cayman Islands.
