Milly
is the founding partner of SteppingStones and has had the benefit
of living and working in the Cayman Islands for over fifteen years.
Throughout her time on the island she has worked within recruitment
agencies and for financial service providers within recruitment and
training roles. Milly has an in depth understanding of the recruitment
challenges that local employers face and draws on her vast experience
of liaising with the Immigration Department to offer a superior service
to all her clients.
Milly is responsible for the strategic long term
planning of the business and for advising and assisting clients
with the same. However she always likes to keep her hand in with
permanent and temporary staffing placements.
When she is not in
the office you will find her water skiing, fishing or sailing
with her three kids not far behind her.
